Hello unknown mysterious neighbor, please stop

Perfect! We'll see if my unknown neighbor continues to bring his big dog to my flower bed to poop, and then he/she covered it up with my redwood chips. This only happens when my car isn't at home. That's why I know it's not coyotes. Dogs don't cover their poop either and it's too big for a cat.
