Absolutely incredible service and quality. We have 2 family houses on 1 acreage and I wanted a good looking sign to put on a tree where the road splits. After searching around a bit I found SmartSign and couldn't be happier with the result. I worked on an idea for an evening and emailed a .pdf with the image on it late at night. The proof was in my email early the next morning for approval. I OKed the proof and the sign was made the same day and mailed out immediately. From idea to a high-quality metal sign in less than a week. If there's an option for smaller bolt holes I missed it, but the only change I'd make would be an option for smaller holes. Since I'm mounting the sign to a large tree using deck screws I had to stack a couple of washers on each screw to make sure they'd hold the sign. As I said, perhaps there is an option for that and I missed it, but either way my satisfaction with the end result is off the charts. Outstanding work. Really glad I found SmartSign.
