A few misprints with the first order, but the second order came out perfectly aligned. Customer service was excellent and helpful in recreating my second order. There was a longer than expected delay between approval of the proof and shipping of the labels, but there were no alignment issues this time. These labels work well and last a long time on our refrigerator and freezer reagents.
