I had an issue with the numbering on the labels delivered initially. It was a pretty complicated order, and the issue ended up costing about $2,500 in labels. I called about the issue, and MyAssetTag immediately took ownership and shipped out a new set of labels at no cost. Mistakes happen, and I was really impressed with how they handled this. I will definitely continue to use them for my labeling needs in the future.
The labels themself are used in a pretty demanding industrial environment and have held up really well.
