Likely the Worst Customer Service1

I ordered what I believed to be a sign and post. There was no post. Contacted Customer Service and got the usual runaround. I called there number listed and then I was hung up on. The site is poorly constructed and the Customer Service is non-existent. So I have a sign and no post.
